Who We Are

This business venture has been a longtime dream. In the past several years I have been working toward making this dream a reality by acquiring a facility, gathering the necessary tools and equipment to accomplish this goal. Since 2006, I began VW repairs on a part-time basis while still working a full-time job. The majority of repairs are done by me alone, so the time frame for repairs maybe longer than that of a full-time shop. I wanted to start this business also because I enjoy this type of work and did not want it feel like “a job” when working on a project.

I took my first VW ride when my parents bought a 1970 beetle. In 1978, the beetle was given to me as my first car and I continued driving it throughout my school years.

The last two years of high school, I was enrolled in a collision repair course and worked part-time at an independent VW repair shop. After graduating, I attended Midlands Technical College earning a degree in Industrial Technology in Auto Body Repair. I started my career in Collision Repair at a local VW dealership working for 9 months, then moving to another local VW dealership and worked there for the next 10 years. The past 15 years, I have been the Collision Repair Instructor at a technical school teaching high school students. Throughout the years, I have worked on many projects for friends, family, or myself, and continue to drive and repair Volkswagens.
